Collaborative Scientific Programming

Course contents for Collaborative Scientific Programming at Aarhus University.

The focus of the course is to introduce and gain experience with tools and workflows surronding scientific programming. The language and ecosystem discussed will be Python, but the principles are applicable to any language and many of the tools are transferable or have equivalents for different languages.
